Orders & Payment

How can I modify or cancel my order?
To maintain our commitment to efficient delivery, orders enter our processing system shortly after they are placed. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact the LŪNE Concierge at concierge@lunelighting.co.uk within 2 hours of purchase. While we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has commenced.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment solutions including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
 We currently offer our curated collection exclusively within the United Kingdom, delivering to all addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

What are your shipping costs and timelines?
In keeping with our commitment to a seamless experience, we offer complimentary premium tracked shipping on all UK orders. Our estimated delivery window is 8–14 business days, which includes a 1–3 day processing period followed by 7–11 days in transit.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You may follow your order’s journey via our dedicated Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to populate in the courier’s system.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
 We hope you find your LŪNE piece to be a perfect addition to your sanctuary. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I initiate a return?
To begin a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@lunelighting.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.

Product Care & Quality

How should I care for my LŪNE lighting?
To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend dusting gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the refined finishes of our collection.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
 Every LŪNE piece undergoes a meticulous quality verification before dispatch. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a resolution for you immediately.
