Shipping Destinations

We currently offer our curated collection exclusively within the United Kingdom. We deliver to all addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, we are unable to process orders for delivery outside of the UK.

The LŪNE Promise: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

In keeping with our commitment to a seamless experience, all LŪNE orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees are pre-paid by LŪNE. You will never be contacted by a courier for additional payments, ensuring a truly “Quiet Luxury” experience from our studio to your sanctuary.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Any optional premium delivery services offered at checkout will be clearly priced before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Timelines:

To maintain our high standards of quality control, please note the following timelines:

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
Bespoke Processing: 1–3 business days (Includes meticulous quality verification and protective packing).
Premium Transit: 7–11 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 8–14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive for perfection, delays may occasionally occur during peak seasonal periods or courier disruptions.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You may follow your order’s journey via the link provided or through our dedicated “Track Your Order” page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to populate in the courier’s system.

Delivery Issues & Incorrect Details

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact our concierge within 7 days of the expected delivery date.Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has commenced.
