Koto Lantern, Traditional, Modern, Travertine, Elegant, Pendant
Koto Lantern, Traditional, Modern, Travertine, Elegant, Pendant
The Koto Lantern brings an architectural clarity to the room, combining a strong silhouette with a warm and inviting glow. Its proportions feel balanced and deliberate, giving the piece presence without heaviness. Suspended in the right setting, it adds structure, rhythm, and a quiet sense of sophistication.
Natural travertine introduces texture and depth, while the supporting secondary material adds contrast in a way that still feels understated. The result is a composition that feels tactile and refined rather than overworked. This balance allows Koto Lantern to sit beautifully within interiors that value calm, material-led design.
Above a dining table, kitchen island, or reading corner, it offers an ambient light that shapes the mood of the space rather than simply brightening it. The glow feels gentle enough for everyday living but substantial enough to anchor the room visually. That dual role makes it both practical and atmospheric.
Koto Lantern is especially effective in contemporary and Japandi interiors, where clean lines and natural finishes are given room to breathe. It adds visual definition while remaining soft in character, which is key to the LŪNE aesthetic. Every detail contributes to a feeling of composure, warmth, and permanence.
For homes that favour understated statement pieces, Koto Lantern offers a confident and beautifully resolved finishing touch. It expresses quiet luxury through proportion, tactility, and simplicity. This is lighting that feels purposeful from every angle.

Curate Your Aesthetic
Frequently Asked Questions
Brand & Design Philosophy
At LŪNE, our design ethos is anchored in the harmonious principles of Japandi aesthetics—where Scandinavian functionality gracefully meets the understated minimalism of traditional Japanese craftsmanship. We believe that lighting should be more than a utility; it should serve as an architectural anchor that transforms a room into a serene, tactile sanctuary.
Every piece in our collection is conceived with intentional restraint. By stripping away non-essential ornamentation, we highlight raw textures, soft silhouettes, and the subtle interplay between light and shadow. Our fixtures are designed to emit a warm, diffused luminescence that fosters tranquility and invites a sense of slow, mindful living into your daily environment.
We approach curation through a lens of timeless elegance rather than transient trends. By focusing on organic forms and balanced proportions, LŪNE lighting seamlessly integrates into both contemporary and classic interiors, elevating your space with a calm, sophisticated presence that endures over time.
Quality & Craftsmanship
Uncompromising quality begins with honest, enduring materials. We meticulously select premium natural stone—such as hand-cut travertine and solid marble—alongside brushed metals, solid hardwoods, and hand-blown frosted glass. Because we honor the natural origin of our materials, each piece carries subtle, unique variations in grain and tone, making your fixture uniquely yours.
Our manufacturing process combines time-honored artisanal techniques with precision modern engineering. Every component undergoes rigorous inspections for structural integrity, electrical safety, and finish consistency. From the weight of the base to the warmth of the light output, each detail is refined to ensure long-lasting durability and exceptional performance.
Sustainability is deeply woven into our production standards. By committing to robust construction and timeless design, we create heirloom-quality lighting built to outlast fleeting decor cycles. We partner exclusively with ethical workshops that share our dedication to environmental responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.
